The Prologo Proxim W850 is the ultra-light saddle for light e-bikes and Gravity.
The Proxim W850 was created to meet the needs of riders who focus on performance and seek ever-lighter Gravity, Enduro, and E-MTB bikes—without sacrificing component strength and durability. Whether you’re aiming for maximum pedaling efficiency off-road or trying to reduce the overall weight of the bike to improve handling and extend battery life in the case of light e-bikes, the Proxim W850 is the ideal saddle to achieve these goals.
Like all saddles in the Proxim line powered by Prologo, the W850 was developed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and refined thanks to the feedback of athletes from the Enduro and Downhill teams supported by Prologo: the Continental Atherton MTB Race Team, Lapierre Gravity Collective, and Bike Center Cimone, E=BR1 Squadra Corse.

Main features:

  • Anatomical shape: The Proxim W850 is a short, ergonomic saddle (245 x 143 mm) featuring a V-shape design and an advanced anatomical center to increase rider stability and maximize pedaling efficiency. A long-fiber carbon-reinforced base and Nack rail (nano carbon fiber Ø 7x9.3 mm) keep the weight down to just 155 g.
  • Maximum comfort off-road: thanks to the MSS—Multi Sector System, featuring separate zones made of interactive EVA foams with different densities: softer and more comfortable in the front and firmer in the rear to provide greater support and stability to the ischial bones.
  • PAS technology: The PAS – Perineal Area System central relief channel eliminates contact points in the perineal-genital area, reducing pressure peaks and preventing discomfort even after many hours in the saddle.
  • Grip Cover technology: located on the rear part of the saddle to increase traction and help maintain a correct riding position even in wet conditions, without hindering movement when riding out of the saddle.
