Description

The revised Maxxis Dissector impresses with its excellent grip, stability and direct cornering. It is ideal as a front and rear tire on trail bikes, as well as a fast rear tire for enduro riding. Redesigned side and transition lugs, with a larger contact area, grip quickly and guarantee a safe, confident riding feel, especially in bends and on hard surfaces. The proven central profile remains unchanged, but the individual arrangement of the central studs is new, for improved braking control and optimum adaptation to the ground. Reworked sipes throughout the profile further enhance grip and durability.

Tread compound: 3C MaxxGrip (The rubber compound that has made MAXXIS tires the benchmark in downhill mountain biking. The 3C MAXXGRIP offers optimum grip and exceptional damping for unrivalled traction and performance in competition).
Carcass: DoubleDown (DoubleDown tires are designed like our downhill tires: two carcass layers reinforced by a butyl insert on the sidewall.
