Use:
Breakfast : 60 to 120 g of Spordej (3 to 4 measures). You should finish eating approximately an hour before starting an effort.
Recovery snack : Add equal measures of Spordej and Regeprot (for example 3 + 3 for a small snack). The snack should be eaten in the hour following the end of your activity.
Ingredients:
maltodextrin, modified potato starch, soya proteins (emulsifier: lecithins (soya)), fructose, flakes of Isigny salted butter caramel and Guérande salt 4% (sugar, glucose syrup, reconstituted whole milk powder, fresh Isigny cream PDO, salted Isigny butter PDO, Guérande salt, emulsifier: lecithins), dextrose, flavourings, salt, powdered low fat cocoa, tricalcium phosphate, acidity regulators: magnesium and sodium carbonates, vitamin B1 (thiamine). Made in a factory that uses: egg, nuts, celery and sulphites. In accordance with regulations, this product contains less than 20 mg/kg of gluten.
