Tart Cherry Juice is a concentrated tart cherry juice (Prunus cerasus) intended for people engaged in demanding athletic activities, and designed to be incorporated into routines associated with intense training and highly demanding athletic events.
DETAILS:
- Since the concentration of anthocyanins and polyphenols can vary considerably from one cherry variety to another, 226ERS uses sour cherries (Prunus cerasus), selected for their naturally higher content of these phenolic compounds, as highlighted in the scientific literature. Each 60-ml stick provides the equivalent of 270 ml of natural juice, obtained from approximately 80 cherries. This means that the tart cherry juice naturally contains 1,505 mg of polyphenols and 191 mg of anthocyanins per 100 ml of product.
- You can enjoy this gel diluted in water, or, if you prefer, straight from the spoon. Despite its concentration and intense flavor, it is nonetheless delicious.
