Providing 90 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 blend of glucose and fructose, plus a dose of electrolytes, Nrgy Drink 90 is a scientifically proven fuel of choice for endurance athletes with high energy requirements.
Nrgy Drink 90 uses maltodextrin as its glucose source. This choice was motivated by its mild taste. Unlike dextrose, which is very sweet, maltodextrin, combined with fructose, won't leave you with an overly sweet taste.
With no artificial sweeteners or superfluous ingredients, this energy drink offers a pure, refreshing taste. It remains pleasant to drink even over long distances, and retains its excellent taste several hours after being stored in your bottle.
To use:
- Mix one portion (4 spoons) with 500 ml of water. The result is a drink containing 90 grams of carbohydrates.
- Most athletes need up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour during intense endurance effort. To cover these needs, consume one serving per hour.
