This recovery drink is designed to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs to regenerate effectively.

After a long or intense effort, the body needs to rehydrate, remineralize, recharge energy reserves and rebuild muscles. This drink provides the elements needed for each of these functions:

• High glycemic index carbohydrates to rapidly replenish glycogen stores.
• Proteins to reduce muscle degradation or catabolism and kick-start muscle rebuilding.
• Vitamins and sodium to remineralize the body, eliminate toxins, strengthen the immune system and promote rehydration.
• BCAAs, in a 4:1:1 ratio (leucine, valine, isoleucine), and glutamine, to promote protein synthesis and muscle tissue recovery.

This Tā recovery drink is easy to digest and mix, to be consumed cold or hot. A 60-gram portion, diluted in 500 ml of liquid, provides 16 grams of protein and 40 grams of carbohydrates, for a total of 236 kcal. It can be used with water, milk or a vegetable drink to satisfy your cravings and help you recover quickly after each training session.

USE:

• The drink is packaged in powder form, in a 600-gram jar, for around 10 uses (a 60-gram portion, or two scoops). Simply follow the dosage instructions on the jar and dilute in the required volume of liquid. Once opened, the drink can be consumed for up to 1? to 2 years. Just make sure that it is properly resealed and stored in a dry place.
• The product should be consumed as a post-exercise snack, not as a substitute for a full meal. Its aim is to quickly provide the nutrients needed to start recovering and repairing, where it can sometimes be difficult to eat directly after activity.
