Goldrink Premium is an isotonic drink of excellence. Composed of glucose and fructose in an ideal 2:1 ratio, electrolytes, BCCA and Glutapep®, it's ideal for improving performance and recovery during long training sessions.
Excellent hydration!
The sweating that accompanies prolonged exercise leads to a loss of electrolytes and water, especially in high temperatures.
If athletes don't replace water and electrolytes during training, they can become dehydrated.
Dehydration equal to or greater than 2% of body weight affects performance.
It can lead to a loss of strength and speed, have negative repercussions on the cardiovascular system, body temperature regulation, cognitive and mental performance (reduced ability to concentrate, increased fatigue) and increased muscle glycogen utilization.
Goldrink Premium GoldNutrition® is an excellent isotonic drink with no artificial sweeteners.
It features glucose and fructose in an ideal 2:1 ratio, electrolytes, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and Glutapep®, a patented ingredient containing two rapidly-absorbed peptides (L-alanine and L-glutamine) that promote performance and recovery.
The addition of fast-absorbing amino acids to Gold Drink Premium delays muscle glycogen depletion and reduces protein catabolism.
The combination of sodium and glucose stimulates intestinal water absorption, but this electrolyte also stimulates glucose absorption in the intestine.
Adding sodium to the recommended doses of isotonic beverages helps athletes improve hydration and sporting performance.
