Note: when consuming Nrgy Gels 45 with caffeine, be careful with your caffeine intake. Recommendations for supplementing caffeine levels during exercise are generally 1 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight per hour. However, tolerance to caffeine varies from person to person, so you'll need to adjust your intake accordingly.
