Unlike conventional energy gel, which is usually made with water, maltodextrin or glucose syrup, which can cause digestive problems and put your health at risk, Baouw energy gel is made with natural, 100% organic ingredients. The high fruit content gives you a natural sugar with no glycemic spike, and combines perfectly with agave syrup

which has a particularly low glycemic index of just 15, compared with 100 for glucose syrup and 90 on average for maltodextrin. Olive oil provides a source of good lipids that can be used directly during exercise, helping to smooth blood sugar levels. Baouw energy gel ingredients are naturally rich in essential vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.
