Each pearl contains 600 mg of omega 3 (500 mg of DHA and 100 mg of EPA) in the natural form of triglycerides (natural form of lipids in food) and not in the form of synthetic ethyl ester. A better absorption capacity and a better bioavailability are therefore obtained.
Omega 3 EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and omega 3 DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are long-chain polyunsaturated essential fatty acids essential for the functioning of our body. In fact, they contribute to the proper functioning of the heart, with all the advantages that this implies for anyone who consumes them, whether they are athletic or not.
