3-layer swim float with double wrist strap, which any level of swimmer can use for swimming exercises

The 3 different layers of buoyancy adapt to all abilities and can be easily modified to perform a wide range of developmental swimming exercises. The StrokeFloat creates buoyancy for single-arm and side-kick exercises. These exercises will help develop the swimmer's core strength in the water, improving full reach and full extension (distance per stroke) as well as general technique

The StrokeFloat can also be used for normal kicking by holding it with both arms extended and hands in the center straps. The central straps are there to hold the swimmer's hand(s) in place, so there's no need to grip the float as you would with a standard board. Grabbing the top or bottom of the float causes tension in the swimmer, who becomes less buoyant and unbalanced in the water

Children and adults alike can use it with an emphasis on developing balance, rotation and glide
