The Ice Swat 2.0 fork is made of Torray T700 + T800 carbon fiber (30%), and Kevlar. The Kevlar is usually placed at the junction between the pivot and the fork leg.
The idea is to place a compaction of this material at this point, allowing a high resistance to impact. During the impregnation of the carbon yarn, graphene is added to the resin for a better molecular bonding, for even more strength.Details
