Trickstuff brake discs are not only head- turners - they are also made of high-quality, vacuum-hardened stainless steel, which has up to 25% higher tensile strength than conventional discs. The key advantage - durability and consistent performance under heat. The disc thickness provides optimum heat capacity and fading stability. Depending on the size and type of the brake disc, disc thickness as well as weight are optimally adjusted to the respective requirements. The sophisticated hole patterns in the friction ring provide consistent pad cleaning to prevent glazing of the brake pads. And that's not the end of it. The minimal disc thickness variation (DTV) ensures that the disc runs smoothly and significantly reduces vibrations. Our brake discs are also equipped with a "Dächle", which is the regional dialect for "little roof". The bevelled shape of the outer edge of the disc makes it easier to install the wheel. Trickstuff brake discs are compatible with all common disc brakes.
With Trickstuff's Dächle Disc HD your thighs will burn before the disc breaks a sweat. Designed for heavy-duty use, it is ready to scorch descents with you. Due to the sophisticated hole pattern in the massive friction ring (15.5 mm) and the 2.05 mm thickness, the disc has an enormous heat capacity and fading stability. The vacuum-hardened stainless steel optimally absorbs the resulting braking energy and releases it into the ambient air. The hole pattern simultaneously provides consistent pad cleaning and prevents glazing of the brake pads. It’s designed to avoid overheating until you descend to the gates of hell.
