The 31.8 mm clamp diameter, combined with an optimized variable wall thickness (butting), offers over 15% more flexibility compared to larger-diameter standards. This makes the Launch Control 31.8 6.0 the leader in its category for flexibility among aluminum handlebars. This increased flexibility helps absorb heavy impacts and reduces fatigue in the hands and forearms during long, intense rides. Made from 7050-series aluminum, this reduced diameter allows for thinner walls without compromising strength or fatigue resistance. The result is a handlebar that offers balanced handling and controlled flex, ensuring high precision without feeling overly stiff.

Designed to withstand violent impacts and repeated stress, its robust construction prevents sudden breakage often associated with brittle materials.

A 9° backsweep and a 5° upsweep promote a neutral wrist position for safe and controlled handling. The 800 mm width improves leverage and stability on rough terrain, dampens sudden steering movements, and allows for custom trimming according to the rider’s preferences.

Two rise options—23 mm and 38 mm—allow for fine-tuning of front-end behavior and body position. Both models feature an extra-wide 100 mm clamping zone, ensuring a reliable fit and consistent steering control with a wide range of stems.

To further reduce fatigue, the handlebar is paired with Leatt ReaFlex 6.0 grips. The energy-absorbing ReaFlex gel filters out high-frequency vibrations (micro-shocks and impacts), helping to minimize tingling in the hands and forearm fatigue on rough terrain. A premium two-tone finish, combined with alignment marks on the front and top, makes installation, tilt adjustment, and trimming quick and precise.
