Each tooth of the gears is studied to obtain the maximum in terms of synchronization, speed of mowing and quiet operation.


A double support system for the six largest gears provides a very high torsional rigidity value, which ensures optimum operating accuracy, even during stress tests.

The surface treatment of the 12 steel gears guarantees a long life of the component and keeps its performance unchanged over time.
