The Bikone DCTech BSA DUB Ceramic bottom bracket is the ultimate solution for cyclists who want to get the most out of their SRAM DUB cranks on threaded BSA frames. Thanks to DualCupTechTM technology, this model ensures a perfect alignment of the bearings, ensuring smooth pedaling from the first use. This unique technology eliminates noise and motion by creating a solid central junction without the need for complex threads.
The hybrid ceramic bearings used are designed to provide superior corrosion resistance, better dimensional stability and lower density, resulting in increased efficiency and improved durability. The FullySealed system protects bearings from dust, water and mud thanks to a set of five O-rings, ensuring long life.
Made of aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum, each case has a matt anodized finish, resistant to scratches, for an elegant aesthetic and optimal robustness. The T6 heat treatment strengthens the structure, providing consistent performance over the long term.

Main features:

Dual Cup Technology: Two aluminum shells that perfectly align the bearings on each side, creating a solid central seal that eliminates any noise or movement problem.
The middle movement shells are made of 7075 aluminum, a high-strength aerospace aluminum on which a T6 treatment is applied, making the material harder and more durable, ensuring that our shells maintain maximum performance over time.
Lighter: The number of pins on this central movement has been reduced to make it lighter.
Fully sealed: Axial seal on bearings and completely sealed on all surfaces.
