The Revive Max follows its slender sibling and finally arrives in a 2.0 version with a 213 mm stroke.
Like the Revive 2.0, the Revive Max 2.0 213 also benefits from the new features

Our "Max" version of the Revive variable seatpost for 34.9 mm seat tubes: For this purpose, not only the lower diameter was adapted, but also the down tube, which was increased from 25 mm to 28 mm in diameter - suitable for large-volume frames. This not only gives a good look in large volume frames, but also increases rigidity and stability.
This is not available in this form from any other manufacturer! The optimized wall thickness keeps the weight down, allowing the Revive Max to be in part well below the weight of normal drop-in seatposts from other manufacturers.

Our Revive is the first and only telescopic seatpost on the market to feature our patented Revive valve, which allows the seatpost to be bled and thus reset in a matter of seconds.
The hydraulic system of the Revive is basically very simple and based on an open oil bath. Other crutches separate the oil from the air by means of a floating piston. The problem with using a floating piston is that a 100% seal must be guaranteed, because if air moves along the piston on the oil side, the seatpost starts to bounce undesirably instead of locking. In practice, no seal can guarantee a 100% seal, so many seatposts have to be sent to the service department early to be bled
