This cycling shoe is a year-round essential for bike touring or bike trips. The stylish cycling shoe is breathable and durable. The upper material is made of 100% recycled polyester; the lining made of partially recycled mesh material ensures sufficient ventilation even during strenuous rides. The Velcro lacing system offers a perfect fit that can be tightened or loosened at will. The preformed heel and toe reinforcements of the eco shoe provide stability and additional protection against abrasion. The innovative SUPtraction® R20 outsole made of 20% recycled rubber offers a grippy profile, and is also great for a post-bike drink. The medium stiffness of the sole (V-Flow 5) ensures efficient transmission of pedal force and high walking comfort. The removable rubber cover is compatible with all common SPD clip-on systems. The cycling shoe is finished with the water and dirt repellent Eco Finish without PFC to keep the foot dry despite splashes. The VAUDE Green Shape label guarantees an environmentally friendly, functional product made of sustainable materials. This product is also climate neutral: emissions from materials, production and transport have been determined holistically and systematically reduced. The currently unavoidable emissions are offset by the independent non-profit organization "myclimate".
